ABOUT NAMO YOGA AND MASSAGE

Life is beautiful. An amazing, against-all-odds miracle full of love, laughter and joy. Sometimes. 

 

Sometimes life is tough. It can feel like everything is out of our control. Being an adult is perpetual decision making. Every choice we make, no matter how small, changes the direction of our path. 

To take power of our lives, we must focus on what we can control; our breath. Through connection with breath we can learn to master our physical body and mind. 

By knowing ourselves physically, energetically, mentally, intellectually and spiritually, we become wise. We make better decisions for us and for those who depend on us. To know ourselves, we must care for ourselves. 

 

Some days self-care means a Yoga class of slow, deep stretches or strengthening, warming flows. 

Some days it means lying down, relaxing and enjoying all the physical, emotional and energetic benefits of massage.

I'm Aimee, I'm here to share with you the things that I love; that I use to cultivate happiness. Yoga, touch and connection.

I trained in Ayurvedic massage and Yoga with Gurus in India and I trained in Sports Massage with experts in the UK. I continue to explore Eastern Philosophy, Western Science and pretty much anything that aids me in my pursuit to help myself and others feel good.

It all starts with a breath.
