Wild Swimming

Sunday 15th 2 - 3:30pm

We invite you to come wild swimming at Broadfields lake, Cutnall Green.

 

Lake swimming may not be for everyone, this is an optional activity.

 

We will reserve you a spot for swimming, if you would like to swim please let us know on booking.

Meet Aimee – Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist & Reiki Master
Namo Yoga and Massage

Aimee is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher, massage therapist, and Reiki Master who brings over a decade of study, practice, and deep connection to the ancient healing arts of India. Her journey began with Ayurvedic massage training under the guidance of Ayurvedic doctors in India—an experience that sparked a lifelong love for the country and its wisdom. Since then, she has returned to India multiple times for further yoga teacher trainings and to deepen her understanding of its spiritual traditions. Aimee combines her extensive background in Yoga, Ayurvedic Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Cupping, and Reiki to offer a truly holistic approach to wellbeing. Her work is grounded in both ancient practices and modern techniques, making her sessions deeply restorative and profoundly effective. During the retreat, Aimee will guide daily yoga classes, immersive sound baths, and mindfulness practices designed to ground, center, and energize you. She will also lead a special workshop on self-massage for lymphatic drainage—teaching you techniques for vibrant, nourished skin and enhanced self-care. You’ll receive your own Ayurvedic massage oil to take home, so you can continue the practice beyond the retreat. Aimee’s presence brings a calm, nurturing energy to the retreat, helping you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner clarity.

Clare is the heart and soul of our retreat kitchen, bringing her passion for wholesome, nourishing food to every plate she serves. A qualified chef with a deep love for healthy, plant-based cooking, Clare creates vibrant, delicious meals that not only taste incredible but also support your body’s healing and balance throughout the weekend. Drawing inspiration from seasonal ingredients and Ayurvedic principles, Clare’s meals are thoughtfully designed to complement the retreat’s focus on wellbeing. Every dish is prepared with care, intention, and a deep understanding of how food can nourish not just the body, but the mind and spirit too. A dedicated yoga lover herself, Clare understands how important it is to feel supported and energized during your wellness journey. Whether you're coming out of a morning practice or winding down in the evening, her food is crafted to uplift, sustain, and delight. Clare’s presence adds warmth and joy to the retreat, and her cooking is an essential part of the holistic experience we offer. Meet Mark – Studio Manager, Yogi & Tea Lover

Soul Sanctuary and Millpond Yoga

Mark is the manager of Soul Sanctuary Yoga Studio and a dedicated practitioner who truly lives and breathes yoga. With a deep-rooted passion for the practice, he brings warmth, wisdom, and authenticity to everything he does—on and off the mat. At the retreat, Mark will be offering one-to-one yoga sessions, creating space for you to explore your practice in a more personal and supportive way. Whether you're looking to refine your alignment, build confidence, or deepen your connection to breath and movement, Mark's intuitive and grounded teaching style will gently guide you. Beyond yoga, Mark has a great love for tea—a ritual he brings into his daily life as a moment of stillness and reflection. You’ll likely find him with a warm cup in hand, always ready for a thoughtful chat or a shared moment of calm. Mark’s presence is quietly powerful and deeply supportive, helping you feel seen, centred, and at ease throughout your retreat journey.

What's on the Menu

Nourish from Within – Retreat Food

Throughout the retreat, all meals will be lovingly prepared and provided, offering a colourful and nourishing plant-based menu inspired by Ayurvedic principles. Each dish is designed to support your body’s natural balance, enhance digestion, and leave you feeling energised, grounded, and cared for. Meals are thoughtfully timed to complement your daily yoga and healing practices, helping you feel your best from the inside out.

For those who enjoy preparing their own food or have specific needs, all the barns have a fully equipped kitchen.

Sample Menu:
🌞 Breakfast – Warm spiced porridge with stewed apples, herbal teas, and fresh fruit
🌿 Lunch – Kitchari (a traditional Ayurvedic lentil and rice dish), seasonal greens, and tahini dressing
🌙 Dinner – Hearty vegetable and lentil soup with sourdough

Personalised Wellbeing Sessions

To deepen your retreat experience, we’re offering a selection of one-to-one sessions tailored to support your unique journey. Private sessions are limited and should be pre-booked to be guaranteed. 

 

Aimee will be offering Ayurvedic Massage—an indulgent, restorative treatment that works with warm herbal oils to balance the body and calm the mind.

Mark will be available for private yoga sessions, giving you the space to explore your practice in a more personalised way, whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen specific areas.

Clare will be offering one-to-one Ayurvedic coaching, guiding you through simple, sustainable lifestyle and nutrition practices based on your individual constitution (dosha) to support long-term balance and vitality.

These sessions are optional but highly recommended to help you get the most out of your retreat.
